Duty Manager (WEDM/IN11) (Ref: WEDM/IN11)

The Job:

•Monitor the Fresh Food Centre distribution operations (dispatch & delivery activities) to achieve performance measurement (KPI)
•Manage Fresh Food supply chain process with continual improvement in the areas of productivity, cost effectiveness & service levels
•Train and develop sub-ordinates to provide effective and efficient delivery services
•Investigate and follow up accidents / complaints and Health & Safety related issues

The Person:

•Diploma in Logistics Management / Transportation / Supply Chain Management / or related discipline
•At least 2 years experience to lead a sizable operations team in retail logistics, preferred with fleet management experience
•Excellent team leadership, people management and communication skills
•Possess good planning skills to execute logistics activities within a change environment
•Hands on management to coordination a team with multi-working shifts
•Computer literate
•Good spoken and written in both Cantonese and English
•Holding a valid HKSAR driving license is preferred
•Working location at Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate and shift duty (07:00 – 15:45 / 09:00 – 17:30) is required

Free shuttle service will be provided at Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
